What Rankwick collects, why, where it lives and how to delete it. Plain English first; the legal detail is in each section.
01 · What we collect
Account details you give us (name, work email, company), the URLs you ask us to crawl, and product usage events. We don’t collect data from your site’s visitors.
02 · Why we collect it
To run audits, ship the fixes you approve, send the reports you ask for, and keep the service secure. We don’t sell data or use it for advertising.
03 · Where it lives
Crawl data is stored in the EU, encrypted at rest and in transit. Backups are kept for 30 days.
04 · Model training
Your crawl data and fixes are never used to train models, ours or anyone else’s.
05 · Your rights
Export or delete your data from settings at any time, or write to privacy@rankwick.example. We reply within 30 days.
06 · Changes
We’ll email account owners 30 days before any material change to this policy. Last updated 1 September 2026.
